You wisely invested in an intruder alarm system to protect your family, home and possessions. To guarantee that your system will deliver the protection you require at all times, it’s important to keep it in good working order. What if a fault allowed a break-in to go undeterred or undetected? it could be a heartbreak waiting to happen, so why risk it?

There’s no need to worry any longer, North London Security systems offer a comprehensive service and maintenance plan for all types of alarm systems.

Newly Installed Alarm Systems

If you purchase a new “bells only” system from North London Security then the first twelve months maintenance is free. The alarm system is sold to you outright and does not form any part of a rental agreement. During the first year the contract is fully inclusive: all parts, call out and labour charges are covered for any equipment-related problems. Anything beyond our control (e.g. vandalism, willful or accidental damage) would be chargeable, however. Also, some companies charge for 'out of normal office hours' calls even during your first twelve months. With North London Security this is not the case.

Twelve months after installation we will send a letter and Around that time we’ll also send you an invoice, offering you a maintenance contract. Contracts are optional, and cover a maximum period of twelve months, that is to say you are not required to sign up to three, five or ten year periods unlike the contracts with some alarm companies. However it may be a requirement of your insurance company to continue to have your system maintained, particularly if you have negotiated a discount off your premiums. We would recommend you check your position with your insurance company before deciding.
